We had a peaceful stay at this smoke-free hotel. We loved almost every detail, including staff and atmosphere. Very comfortable building, overall clean and lovely bedroom. The pool was lovely. Positioned in the fantastic area.

It was a such great time staying at this very peaceful hotel. We were there for 1 day, everything was good, loved its super location close enough to canal which was a good walk into the centre of Chester and Chester and Chester Zoo and Chester.

We had a fabulous time. Stuff where supper friendly and it was a pleasant location, good value. There was an outstanding restaurant, the shops and supermarket next door. Apart from that, chester zoo was 5 minutes away by driving. The pool was brilliant, had a sauna and a jacuzzi.

Attractive and competitive value for money, and the location was marvellous for exploring Chester. Comfy bed and truly enjoyed excellent breakfast. Booked table at Garden Room, it's their onsite restaurant. Staff are loyal.
